I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received from your company again last evening. The party bus was adorable and the driver arrived early and handled the kids wonderfully.

He checked their bags, which we as parents appreciate very much. As I explained to my kids, him doing that protects them from those in their group who they may not know well, and could possibly make a bad choice. This way, any potential problem is averted before it can occur.  We look forward to using your company again when we need a vehicle.

...really brought me some piece of mind

 

I just want to thank you for helping my daughter out yesterday! I felt horrible when she called our Chicago home in a panic on Thursday night. She was moving a years worth of "stuff" first thing Friday morn and had to be checked out of her DU dorm room by 9 a.m.

 

Turns out her ride to the UPS store that morning was not going to be able to help. I felt immediate relief after talking with Walter. He assured me that Two Step could pick her up at her dorm, help her load her boxes in the van, take her to the UPS store so she could ship it all home and WAIT until she was done (heaven) and then transport her safely to her final destination.

I do not know her driver's name (I'll ask her) but she said he was very nice and very helpful. Two Step did everything they said they would - and were reliable, safe and considerate. My student was a freshman this year and I can guarantee you I will use your service until she graduates in 2014! I also know a couple Chicago families that are sending their young adults to DU next year and I will definitely be passing along your name!

 

You guys were wonderful and really brought me some piece of mind!

We used Two Step for my daughters prom group and it was the hit of the prom. There were 26 kids that all went in the party bus and they all agreed that the bus ride was the best part of the night. Anytime you can get teenagers off the highways and in a safe, fun and affordable environment it’s always a win-win situation.
